New Resources to Check Out: Academic Video Online (AVON) and Black Life in America (Newsbank)

We now have access to a new streaming media platform, Academic Video Online (AVON). This resource has more than 68,000 titles, there are many channels to navigate, such as documentaries and Film Platform (which is now a part of this platform as well). See image below:
We've also upgraded our Access World News subscription. It now includes Black Life in America.
The content in this database is sourced from more than 19,000 American and global news sources, including over 400 current and historical Black publications and presents the experience and impact of African Americans as recorded by the news media, 1704 to today.
